Dog and Cat Veterinarians, Rochester MN
Meet our veterinarians. Our doctors have over 100 combined years experience practicing small animal medicine.

Dr. Ann Anderson
I grew up and went to undergraduate school in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. All through college I puzzled about what I wanted to be when I "grew up". Once I observed a mixed animal veterinary practitioner and decided that I did not really mind the smell of cow poop, I was hooked. While in veterinary school in Madison, I realized that I was going to have to grow a lot taller than my 5'2" size in order to practice large animal medicine without having to stand on a stepstool. I graduated from MadTown in 1998 and have worked in small animal practice ever since (except for the occasional goat back when I worked in rural southwest Wisconsin).
I moved to Rochester in 2001 and have been with Quarry Hill Park Animal Hospital ever since. I live with my husband; who is allergic to cats, my two energetic kids, one super duper dog named Daisy, a gang of turkeys, a herd of deer, loads of squirrels, lots of birds and one dirty raccoon (the last five are unofficial pets that only come around looking for food and the occasional hosta plant).
I enjoy many things including eating pizza, clean laundry, going for walks with my dog, reading, working outdoors and getting some quality sleep. |
